9月5日にシングル「fight」をリリースしたばかりのYUI。彼女の楽曲をさまざまなアーティストがカバーしたアルバム「SHE LOVES YOU」が10月24日にリリースされることが決定した。
このアルバムはYUI本人が監修を手がけ、miwa、SCANDAL、ねごと、中川翔子、Kylee、ステレオポニー、井手綾香、藍井エイル、 joy、Goose house、沢井美空、Dancing Dollsといった面々によるYUIのカバーを収録。さらにYUI自身もセルフカバーのライブ音源で参加している。
CD発売に先駆けて、10月17日からは着うた、10月24日からは着うたフルの配信がスタート。YUIの名曲の数々がどのように生まれ変わるのか楽しみにしておこう。
YUI who has just released a new single「fight」on September 5th. Her songs covered by various artist in the album 「SHE LOVES YOU」will be released on October 24th. This album has YUI as the editor, miwa, SCANDAL, negoto, Nakagawa Shoko, Kylee, Stereopony, Ide Ayaka, Aoi Eir, joy, Goose house, Sawai Miku, Dancing Dolls all covered YUI. Also, YUI herself will participate with a self cover recorded from one of her Lives. The CD will be released first, the ringtone downloads (chakuta) will available be from October 17th, and the full digital download will start from October 24th. We look forward to see how will YUI’s hits be reinvented?
